We purchase from local suppliers who thrive to only market the best authentic products. Breakfasts always includes fresh fruits and fresh fruit juices, a fresh assortment of baked goods, breads, croissants, pastries accompanied by home made jams and local Normandy traditional butter and yogurt. Breakfasts are normally included in the basic cost of all rentals. We can also serve a full English/American cooked breakfast at a reasonable extra charge. The cost of lunch and evening dining is not normally included in the basic rental charge however we are very happy to serve these meals during your stay to your exact specifications for a reasonable extra charge per guest. Our table emphasis is on French Gastronomy and International World Menus with a varied and different choice offered daily. Vegetarian or specific need meals / diets may also possibly be catered for within agreed limits. In the height of the summer meals may even be served outside under candle light. Please note that the castle is not available for rental on a self catering basis under any circumstances.
Our medieval wine cellar stocks an excellent selection of wines and liquors including a selected stock of Grand Cru, Vintage Champagnes and the Classics from Bordeaux and Bourgogne. We also provide specific drinks and refreshments at an extra charge including soft drinks, cocktails, afternoon tea and coffees etc. all of which may be served either in the castle or in the castle garden, summer house etc. |
